The purpose of the FPHS Student Council is to foster and develop attitudes and practices of good citizenship, promote and enhance leadership skills, promote harmonious student-teacher-administration relations throughout the entire school, improve student morale and provide for student expression, assist in the management of the school, provide orderly direction of school activities, practice democratic principles, and promote the general welfare of the school.
